Profiles are valid for one year, and if yours is expiring, your information will be lost. What should I do if my profile is expiring? If your profile is expiring soon, it's recommended to create a new profile if you wish to stay in the pool. Here's how you can create a new profile: Sign in to your account. Go to "View the applications submitted" on the main page. Click the "Withdraw profile" link. Click the "Continue" button below the "Warning!" text under the heading "What would you like to do today?" Once you've withdrawn your old profile, you can submit a new one.
